These are great rewards. It's also nice to build those into the writing ritual. A nice cup of tea or snack while writing, a really nice pen, good music, going to a favourite comfortable spot. (Prepandemic, I used to write from a favourite cafe that had this really awesome sandwich. Because I could always motivate myself into getting that sandwich.)
